Are these benefits in addition to my existing Rewards savings? 

Once enrolled as a Staples Business Rewards member your new paid membership benefits replace any savings you may have received as an existing rewards program member (up to and including instant savings or rewards savings benefits). Contact your Account Manager if any questions.

I want to learn about my five products that I receive best in market pricing on. 

You can work with your Account Manager to select the five skus that will help you save the most when shopping with Staples. Your best in market pricing is available in store and online (subject to product availability and selection) – simply reference your Rewards member number when shopping.

Are there any limits on the products I receive special pricing on? 

Members have a quantity limit of twenty units per sku per calendar month at their best in market pricing. You have the option to change one of the five selected SKUs per one calendar month period – contact your Account Manager for further details.

I want to learn more about the membership fee and renewal. 

The fee for membership in the Staples Business Rewards Program is $49 for a one-year membership (a "Subscription Period"), which must be paid in advance. Taxes may apply on the membership fee. Your membership will be auto-renewed one year from your sign up date and we will send you a reminder notice via email at least 30 days before your auto-renew date. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting your Account Manager.

I want to learn about earning and redeeming rewards. 

Staples Business Rewards Members earn 2% back in rewards on purchases made in store, excluding taxes, postage, prepaid phone cards, and gift cards. To ensure you earn rewards, please make sure to reference your Rewards member number when shopping in store. Staples Rewards® are issued online monthly in increments of $5, and can be redeemed online or in store.

I want to learn about other benefits of the Staples Business Rewards Program. 

Members receive free shipping on orders over $14.99 (excludes Oversize items) placed on staples.com, or by phone at 1-800-333-3330 for which a Membership account is identified.  Staples Business Rewards members also receive $2 back in Staples Rewards for every eligible cartridge recycled in person at a Staples store or online at staples.com/rewards. Members can earn $2 back on up to 20 recycled cartridges per calendar month if the member has spent at least $30 in ink and/or toner purchases at Staples over the previous 180 days. Members also get additional exclusive savings annually on Copy & Print and EasyTech services.

Staples Business Rewards Plus® Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Staples Business Rewards Plus® Loyalty Program (the “Program”). Before becoming a member of the Program, please review these Terms. Please note that your use of the Staples.com website are also governed by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Membership Fee. The fee for membership in the Program is $49 (the “Membership Fee”) for each one-year membership (a “Subscription Period”), which must be paid in advance. Taxes may apply on the Membership Fee. Your membership will be automatically renewed for additional one year periods, and we will send you a reminder notice via email at least 30 days before the expiration date of your current Subscription Period. Unless you notify us by that date that you want to cancel your membership, your Program membership will automatically continue and you authorize us to collect the Membership Fee (and any taxes) using any credit card or billing account we have on record for you. Staples rewards checks cannot be used to pay the Membership Fee. Staples reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately and without notice if you fail to pay the Membership Fee, either upon the enrollment period or during the auto-renewal window.

2. Benefits. During each Subscription Period, members in the Program (“Members”) will receive the following benefits:

  • Best in Market Pricing. Each Member may select up to 5 eligible items (the “Selected Items”) and receive “best in market pricing” on the Selected Items during its Subscription Period. We determine “best in market pricing” at regular intervals during the Subscription Period by comparing our prices against the same products sold by recognized competitors (competitors’ clearance and power pricing is not taken into consideration). The availability and selection of Selected Items may vary between our stores and Staples.com. Staples reserves the right to make product substitutions based upon Selected Items being out of stock and/or discontinued. “Best in market pricing” is subject to change based on the market price of the Selected Items. Members may change one of the Selected Items every 90 days. To receive your special pricing, you must reference your Member number when shopping online or in store.
  • Free Shipping. Members receive free shipping on any order placed on Staples.com of $14.99 or more, excluding Oversized Items. Standard Staples.com delivery policies apply.
  • Rewards. Members will earn 2% back in Staples Rewards® on purchases made in our stores, excluding taxes, postage, prepaid phone cards, and gift cards. (Purchases made on Staples.com are excluded from this 2% Staples Rewards back benefit.) Staples Rewards® are issued online monthly in increments of $5, and can be redeemed online or in store. Please refer to the Staples Rewards® Program Terms & Conditions for full details.
  • Ink Recycling Rewards. Recycle any ink or toner cartridge, up to 20 per calendar month per customer, and, if the Member has spent at least $30 in ink and/or toner purchases at Staples over the previous 180 days, the Member will receive $2 back in Staples Rewards per cartridge. Please refer to the Staples Rewards® Program Terms & Conditions for full details.

3. Cancellation. You may cancel your Program membership any time by contacting your representative or emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, Staples will refund a pro rata portion of the prepaid enrollment fee corresponding to the unused Subscription Period, less the value of benefits you received while a Member, as determined by Staples.

4. Abuse. Resellers are not eligible for the Program. Staples reserves the right to terminate a Member's participation in the Program and refund the Membership Fee on a pro-rata basis. Abuse of the Program, including failure to follow or any attempts to circumvent these Terms, or other improper conduct as determined by Staples in its sole discretion, is strictly forbidden, and may result in cancellation of your membership without notice.

5. General. Benefits issued under the Program cannot be combined with any other coupon, offer or program. Program accounts are limited to one account per eligible customer; each email address and mailing address are also limited to one account are nontransferable and may only be redeemed by the Member. Staples is not liable for unclaimed, expired, lost or misdirected statements or other communications from Staples to the Member or the Member to Staples. Staples may in its discretion change these Terms without notice to you by posting updated Terms. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Staples’ decision on any aspect of a Member’s account, membership status, and any aspect of the Program or a particular Member’s participation in it shall be final.
